The 4th Trans-European Dialogue took place in Vienna, Austria from 9 to 11 February 2011.
The participants discussed the theme: Law and Public Management Revisited.
The TED4 was hosted by the Austrian Chancellery and the Austrian Federal Minister of Women and Public Service Mrs. Gabriele Heinisch Hosek delivered a welcome speech at the opening session.
